To get your background photo to fill the screen, do the following:
get a really big image - 1024x768 is ideal
set it as your "Main Background" image
Don't set anything as your background for "Page Background"
To get the Green Room effect, you need to set some transparency to your content area - which is a future feature hopefully added soon. In the meantime, Neal can help you hack it if you wanna give it a shot.
I prefer "mini-anti-myspace", but I'll take what I can get.

Probably would be a good idea to make an LC-Cast site as well, would be good for getting feedback and community building. Discussion boards, etc. PageBuildr sites get good search engine love, might help raise the profile a bit.
